I bought a Cornet 4B just before Christmas. Not had chance to use it much, but the first thing I noticed is that it feels very light indeed - not much more than a sheet of paper! It feels exactly the same size on my chops as my regular Wick 4B, apart from it being warm rather than cold. I couldn't comment at the moment on how it plays.

I just ordered 2, the 2 available for trombone - 5g and 51d (no idea what they mean or what the difference is between a 4al but for £11 each way it's not really a waste of money to find out.)

Just finished a band rehearsal and I managed to try out one of my Kellys - 5G Trombone.

All I can say is I wish I did this 6 years ago! So light and the tone produced is incredible! 5G is perfect for hitting those high notes.

I will recommend trying one at least because most of the youth band have got them.
