The Last Post

Hi,
can someone tell me the name of the full band arrangement of The Last Post that is played at The Annual Remembrance Service in The Royal Albert Hall and where I could find a copy of the sheet music or a midi file.

I should think that version is for concert band, not brass band; furthermore I'd guess (though I have no evidence for this) that it'll be unpublished produced especially for the bands concerned.
