Does anyone have experience of using on-line calendar systems? I'd like to set up a calendar for my band (Rockville Brass Band), put concerts and rehearsals on there, and allow members to mark their availability, vacations etc. I had hoped to use Google Calendars, but that only allows 10 free accounts per organization and we have about 30 players in the band. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Must be free and it would be great if it were open sourced.
